Tenured and Tenure Track Positions

Pending authorization, the Department of Mathematics anticipates having an opening at the tenure-track or tenured level, beginning in September 2016. Candidates should hold a PhD in mathematics or a related field, and should show outstanding promise and/or accomplishments in both research and teaching.   Salaries are competitive and are based on credentials. 

Junior candidates should furnish a placement dossier consisting of a letter of application, curriculum vitae and three letters of recommendation; senior candidates should send a letter of application, curriculum vitae and names of three suggested references.  In all cases, please provide a statement of teaching philosophy and experience, evidence of teaching excellence and a statement of current and future research plans.
