Title:  Algebraic approach to stochastic duality for Markov processes

Abstract:   In this talk I will give a review of the notion of duality theory for Markov processes and, in particular, interacting particle systems. I will show the connection with Lie algebras via some examples and conclude with some applications in the context of hydrodynamic limit and the characterization of the non equilibrium stationary measure.

A recording of the talk can be found here.
