Instructions
- Set View Settings to set up the schedule: View
Time/Day sets the column headers in the schedule, and View
Instruct and View Courses restrict data about
instructors or courses that you see.
- Click the time or class-day Column Header in the schedule
to sort instructors available in that time or class-day to
the top of the schedule.
- Click an Instructor's Name to view or edit the
instructor's submitted schedule.
- In the schedule, notation like 115(3) indicates three
sections of 115 without instructors in a given instructor's
time-slot. Click on the Course Number to assign the course
to the instructor.
- In the schedule, a full course-section number indicates an
assigned course. Click the x to unassign the
course.
