  Submit to the main office using the form on their website.

• Associate Editor of Journal of the American Mathematical Society
  The best way to submit to JAMS is through any of the five editors (not associate editors).

• American Mathematical Monthly, editorial board
  Best to submit to main editor, Bruce Palka at the University of Texas, Austin.
  I am happy to discuss ideas for articles.

• Annales de Toulouse, Associate Editor.
  All submissions should be sent directly to the editor-in-chief, M. Ledoux, Toulouse, France.

• I am no longer an editor for Transactions of the American Mathematical Society.
  Please check the editorial board at Transactions for an appropriate current editor to whom you can submit.

• Notices of the AMS Associate Editor
