HTML and Related Resources

• My HTML workshop: an overview of the Web background that we covered here, plus a bunch of information about HTML markup. Some of this doesn't quite reflect the current standard (HTML 4.0), but (not surprisingly) I like it. Of particular interest might be:
  • the advanced HTML page, including

  • images,

• NCSA's Beginner's HTML guide is a good source of basic HTML information for those interested in learning it.
• The WWW Help Page includes information on many different aspects of Web Page design.
• The HTML Elements Compendium lists all (yes, all) HTML tags. If you can't get it to work for you, you're probably using Netscape 4.0x; later versions fix the bug that prevents it from working on the site.
